Tri-County Lions Pres. Bill Barnes, Connie Emmons, and Ken Moffett participated in the District 12-N Lions food packing event in Sevierville Tuesday, December 6. Dozens of Lions packed thousands of meals to serve those in need in East Tennessee. The event was held at The Hanger in Sevierville.

Foods packed in Operation Inasmuch are highly nutritious and non-perishable. They have a shelf life of 2 years. Each type of meal has been developed to provide good nutrition and taste for consumers.

Almost 1200 greeting cards for East Tennessee veterans were collected and delivered by District 12-N Lions Service Chair (and Tri-County Lion) Connie Emmons and Lion Stacy Russell to Holiday for Heroes. Congratulations on a job well done!
