Club members include three Lions Clubs Past District Governors: Fred Sherrod* (1978-79),Carl White* (1992-93), and Ken Moffett (1993-94). Each year members of the Club volunteer to serve on the Lions 12-N District Governor's Cabinet, as boards of directors members for some of the agencies served by the Club, including five members who served or are serving Lions Volunteer Blind Industries: H.R. "Buddy" Greene Jr.*, Melvin Clabo*, Keith McCord, Ken Moffett, and Carl White*; and four who served East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank: Fred Sherrod*, Ken Moffett, Ray Valentine, and Carl White*. Lions Connie Emmons and Spence Perry have served as Zone Chair. Lion Connie Emmons currently serves as GST Chair for District 12-N and Leader Dogs for the Blind Co-Chair.

In addition, many Club members have been recognized for their humanitarian service as Melvin Jones Fellows, the highest honor presented by the Lions Clubs International Foundation.
